1- Cleaning Fee (Short Stay): For stays under 6 nights, an extra cleaning fee of 3,000 TL is charged.
2- Damage Deposit: 5,000 TL.

Important Information:
Surrounded by Nature: As our villa is located in the heart of nature, despite regular pest control and maintenance, small insects such as mosquitoes or butterflies may occasionally be present.
Secluded Pool: The pool and pool terrace provide approximately 95% privacy; however, due to corner and edge areas, there may be a 5% visibility margin.
Road Condition: The villa is built on a hillside, so you may encounter sloped roads during access.
