Our villa is operated by a TURSAB agency affiliated with the Ministry of Tourism. Our license number is 18215. If you wish, you can also verify our company information online through the Ministry of Finance.
The check-in time for our villas is 4:00 PM, and the check-out time is 10:00 AM. In order to ensure the comfort and hygiene of our guests, our villas are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between check-out and check-in times.
Before our guests check in, each villa is thoroughly cleaned, and clean bed linens, pillowcases, and towels are carefully prepared and provided. The rental price includes only the initial cleaning service. Guests who request additional cleaning during their stay can benefit from our paid cleaning service. For stays longer than one week, complimentary cleaning is provided at the end of each week. To benefit from this service, the stay must continue in weekly periods.
Pool and garden maintenance is carefully carried out every day in the early morning hours. The pool is regularly cleaned, its water circulation is maintained, and necessary chemical treatments are applied. Garden maintenance is also performed meticulously. To ensure the effectiveness of the cleaning chemicals, it is recommended that the pool is not used for a certain period of time. All maintenance procedures are carried out with great care for the comfort and health of our guests.
During your stay, water, electricity, and gas usage, as well as the initial cleaning, garden maintenance, and pool maintenance are included in the price.
Services not included in the price include food and beverages, soap, shampoo, laundry and dishwashing detergent, toilet paper and paper towels, as well as personal care products.
You can easily reach our villas with your own private vehicle or with a rental car. However, due to the location of many of our villas, there is no public transportation available. Therefore, using a car is required for a comfortable and hassle-free transfer.
The fee collected in cash at check-in is refunded on the check-out day, provided that no damage, loss, or breakage is detected in the villa. Deposit amounts may vary depending on each villa.
Pets are not allowed in our villas. In order to maintain the comfort of our guests and ensure proper hygiene standards, our villas are only suitable for stays without pets. Thank you for your understanding.
If you experience any issues, we kindly ask you to contact us first without attempting any intervention. The property owners are responsible for addressing the problem within 24 hours.
For your safety and the health of future guests, pool cleaning is carried out regularly every day and is mandatory. This process is very important to maintain hygiene standards. Therefore, requests to cancel pool cleaning cannot be accepted.
Lowering the pool water level can cause malfunctions in the motor and technical equipment. In order for the pool system to operate properly, it is mandatory to maintain the water at the specified level, and no changes can be made.
It refers to villa options where the pool and garden area are enclosed and designed in a way that they cannot be seen from the outside. In our secluded villas, approximately 95% privacy is ensured. The remaining 5% refers to minor visibility from certain edge or corner angles, which guests should be aware of.
The maximum occupancy of our villas cannot be exceeded. This limit includes children as well, and reservations are not accepted if the number of guests exceeds the specified capacity.
To make a reservation, guests must be at least 18 years old and legally an adult. It is not possible for minors to make a reservation on their own.
The responsibility within the property belongs to the owners, and any damage caused by temporary guests is not covered by insurance. For this reason, we recommend that you take out travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen events such as flooding, fire, theft, or earthquakes.

In cases such as electricity or water outages, our company does not have any legal responsibility. In such situations, you should inform the villa owner or our company representatives and contact the relevant official authorities. Necessary steps will be taken to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
In villa tourism, a weekly (7-night) stay rule applies. For this reason, only an initial cleaning is provided before check-in. If the weekly stay (7 nights) is split, an additional cleaning fee is charged. Cleaning fees may vary depending on each villa and are reflected in the total accommodation cost.
