Cancellation Policy

Up to 90 days before departure: 25% cancellation fee

Up to 60 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee

Up to 30 days before departure: 75% cancellation fee

Less than 30 days: No refund

Force Majeure & Technical Failures

In the event of force majeure or technical issues (such as engine failure lasting more than 48 hours), the charter company may offer a similar or higher-class alternative yacht. If declined by the guest, a proportional refund will be issued for the unused days.
