1-Cleaning Fee (Short Stay): For stays shorter than 6 nights, an extra cleaning fee of 6,000 TL applies.
2-Damage Deposit: 7,500 TL
3-Heated Indoor Pool Fee: Available for an additional 1,500 TL per day.

• Surrounded by Nature: Since the villa is located in nature, despite regular pest control, mosquitoes, butterflies, and other small creatures may be present.
• Sheltered Pool: The pool and pool terrace provide 95% privacy, but due to corners and edges, there is a 5% visibility margin.
• Access Road: The villa is built on a hillside, so you may encounter steep roads during access.
