Villa Akça is located in Kalkan Kördere and is among our rental villas with a magnificent sea and lush nature view. Designed in a luxurious and modern style, our villa features 7 bedrooms and offers accommodation for up to 14 guests. There are 2 jacuzzis, one located inside one of the bedrooms and another on the terrace, ideal for unwinding from the fatigue of the year. For guests planning holidays in the colder months, a heated indoor pool is also available. The pool and pool terrace are secluded, making this villa a perfect choice for conservative families. It is also ideal for large families and groups of friends.

1- Cleaning (Short Stay Fee): An extra cleaning fee of 10,000 TL applies for stays shorter than 7 nights.
2- Damage deposit:3,000 TL.
3- Heated Indoor Pool Fee: Available upon request for 1,500 TL per day.

• Secluded Pool: The pool and terrace provide 95% privacy, though 5% visibility may occur from edge and corner points.
• Road Condition: The villa is built on a slope, so you may encounter steep roads during your journey.
