Villa Angel House is located in the Kalkan Akbel region and is one of our rental villas offering a stunning view of the sea and lush greenery. Designed with luxury and modernity in mind, our villa features 1 bedroom and accommodates 2 people. On the pool terrace of our villa, you can relax in the jacuzzi and unwind from the fatigue of the year. Our summer villa, with its protected pool and pool terrace, can be comfortably chosen by conservative families. NOTE 1: The last 200 meters of the road to the villa is a steep slope.
NOTE 2: Outdoor Pool Dimensions: 7.5 m x 3 m. Depth: 1.49 m.

Additional Fees:

1- Cleaning (Short Stay Fee): For stays under 5 nights, an additional cleaning fee of 3,000 TL applies.

2- Damage Deposit: 7,000 TL.

3- Pet-friendly extra fee: 3,000 TL.

4- Breakfast is included at the facility, but if villa service is requested, an additional fee of 1,000 TL applies.

Bedroom Information:

1- Double bed and bathroom/WC are available.

Important Information:

Surrounded by Nature: Since our villa is located in the heart of nature, despite all pest control and maintenance, small creatures such as mosquitoes and butterflies may be present.

Protected Pool: The pool and pool terrace provide 95% privacy, with a 5% visibility due to edge and corner points.

Road Condition: As the villa is built on a slope, you may encounter steep roads during transportation.
