Villa Araf is one of our rental villas located in the Üzümlü area of Kalkan, offering a peaceful holiday experience with its nature views surrounded by greenery. Our villa, luxuriously and modernly designed, features 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 guests. One of the bedrooms includes a jacuzzi, where you can relieve the tiredness of the whole year. NOTE 1: Outdoor Pool Dimensions: 8 m x 3.5 m. Depth: 150 m.

Extra Fees:
• Cleaning Fee (Short Stay): For stays under 7 nights, an extra cleaning fee of 3,000 TL applies.
• Damage Deposit:5,000 TL (refundable).

Bedroom Details:
• Double bed, en-suite bathroom/WC, and jacuzzi available.
• Two single beds, en-suite bathroom/WC available.

Important Information:
• Nature-Friendly Environment: As the villa is located in the heart of nature, despite all pest control and maintenance efforts, small creatures such as flies and butterflies may still be present.
• Private Pool: The pool and terrace provide 95% privacy; however, due to edge and corner angles, there is a 5% visibility possibility.
• Road Conditions: The villa is built on a slope, so you may encounter uphill roads during arrival.
