Villa Aşkım is one of our luxury rental villas located in Kalkan Üzümlü, offering a stunning nature view surrounded by greenery. Designed in a luxurious and modern style, our villa features 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 guests. One of the bedrooms includes a jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a long year. The pool and pool terrace are sheltered, making this holiday villa ideal for conservative families. NOTE 1: Outdoor Pool Dimensions: 9 m x 4 m | Depth: 150 cm
NOTE 2: Indoor Heated Pool Dimensions: 4 m x 2.5 m | Depth: 140 cm

Additional Fees:
• Cleaning Fee (Short Stay): For stays shorter than 7 nights, an additional cleaning fee of 3,000 TL is charged.
• Damage Deposit: 5,000 TL
• Indoor Heated Pool Fee: The indoor heated pool can be activated for an additional 2,000 TL per day.

Bedroom Information:
• One room with a double bed, en-suite bathroom/WC, and a jacuzzi.
• One room with two single beds.

Important Information:
• In Nature: Since our villa is located in the heart of nature, despite all pest control and maintenance, small insects such as butterflies and mosquitoes may be present.
• Sheltered Pool: The pool and pool terrace offer 95% privacy, however, due to edge and corner angles, a 5% visibility may occur.
• Road Condition: The villa is situated on a slope, so you may encounter inclined roads during access.
