Surrounded by Nature: As the villa is located in the heart of nature, small insects such as mosquitoes and butterflies may be encountered despite regular pest control and maintenance.
Sheltered Pool: The pool and pool terrace provide approximately 95% privacy; however, due to corner and edge areas, there may be up to a 5% visibility factor.
Road Conditions: Since the villa is built on a hillside, you may encounter sloped roads during access.
