The pool and pool terrace have been made 70% private, allowing conservative families to comfortably choose our summer villa. NOTE 1: Outdoor pool dimensions: 7 m x 4 m. Depth: 1.50 m.

Additional Fees:

1- Cleaning (Short Stay Fee): For stays under 7 nights, additional cleaning fee: 4,000 TL.

2- Damage deposit: 5,000 TL.

Bedroom Information:

1- Double bed and bathroom/WC available.

2- Two single beds, shared bathroom/WC and baby cot available.

Important Information:

At One with Nature: As our villa is located right in nature's heart, despite all pest control and maintenance, small creatures such as mosquitoes and butterflies may be present.

Private Pool: The pool and pool terrace provide 95% privacy, with a 5% visibility margin due to edge and corner points.

Road Condition: Since the villa is built on a hillside, you may encounter steep roads during transportation.
