• In the Heart of Nature: As the villa is located in a natural environment, small creatures such as mosquitoes and butterflies may be present despite regular pest control.
• Secluded Pool: The pool and pool terrace provide 95% privacy; however, due to corner and edge areas, there may be a 5% visibility margin.
• Road Condition: The villa is built on a hillside, so you may encounter sloped roads during access.
