Extra Charges:

1- Cleaning Fee (Short Stay Fee): An additional cleaning fee of 5,000 TL applies for stays shorter than 7 nights.

2- Damage Deposit: 7.500 TL (refundable).

Nature-Friendly Location: Since our villa is situated in the heart of nature, despite regular pest control and maintenance, small creatures such as butterflies and insects may be present.

Road Conditions: The villa is built on a hillside, so you may encounter steep roads on your way to the property.
