Important Information:

Nature Surroundings: As our villa is located in the heart of nature, small creatures such as insects and butterflies may occasionally be encountered despite regular maintenance and pest control.

Sheltered Pool: The pool and pool terrace provide approximately 95% privacy. However, due to corner and edge angles, there is a 5% possibility of visibility.

Road Access: Since the villa is built on a hillside, you may encounter sloping roads during transportation.
