Our villa is luxuriously and modernly designed, featuring 2 bedrooms and accommodating up to 4 guests. One of the bedrooms includes a jacuzzi, ideal for relaxing and relieving the stress of the year. With a sheltered pool and pool terrace, our summer villa is a perfect option for conservative families seeking privacy. NOTE 1: Outdoor Pool Dimensions: 7 m x 4 m. Depth: 1.55 m.
NOTE 2: Indoor Heated Pool Dimensions: 5 m x 2.5 m. Depth: 1 m.

Extra Charges:
• Cleaning (Short Stay Fee): For stays under 6 nights, an extra cleaning fee of 3.000 TL applies.
• Damage Deposit:5,000 TL.
• Indoor Heated Pool Fee: The indoor heated pool can be activated for 1,250 TL per day.

Bedroom Information:
• Double bed, bathroom/WC, and jacuzzi are available.
• 2 Single beds, bathroom/WC are available.

Important Information:
• In Nature: As our villa is located in the heart of nature, despite all pest control and maintenance, small creatures such as flies and butterflies may be present.
• Sheltered Pool: While the pool and pool terrace provide 95% privacy, 5% visibility may exist due to edge and corner angles.
• Road Condition: Since the villa is built on a slope, you may encounter inclined roads on your way.
