In Touch with Nature: As the villa is located in the heart of nature, small creatures such as mosquitoes and butterflies may be encountered despite regular pest control and maintenance.
Secluded Pool: The pool and pool terrace provide 95% privacy; however, due to corner and edge points, there may be a 5% visibility margin.
Road Condition: As the villa is built on a hillside, you may encounter uphill roads during access.
