Additional Fees:

Cleaning Fee (Short Stay Charge): For stays shorter than 6 nights, an additional cleaning fee of 3,000 TL applies.

Damage Deposit: A refundable security deposit of 3,000 TL is required.

Master Bedroom: One double bed, en-suite bathroom/WC, and jacuzzi.

Second Bedroom: Two single beds and en-suite bathroom/WC.

Important Information:

Surrounded by Nature: Our villa is located in the heart of nature. Despite regular pest control and maintenance, small insects such as mosquitoes and butterflies may be present.

Private Pool: The pool and pool terrace provide 95% privacy, though 5% visibility may exist due to edge and corner points.

Road Condition: As the villa is built on a slope, you may encounter steep roads on the way to the property.
