Villa Ersan 4 is among our rental villas located in the Patara region of Kalkan, surrounded by greenery and offering a breathtaking nature view. Our villa, which is luxuriously and modernly designed, has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 guests. One of the bedrooms includes a jacuzzi to help you unwind from the fatigue of the year. Additionally, a sauna is available in the villa. With its private and sheltered pool and pool terrace, our summer villa is ideal for conservative families seeking privacy. NOTE 1: Outdoor Pool Dimensions: 9.5 m x 3.5 m. Depth: 1.50 m.

Extra Charges:
1- Cleaning (Short Stay Fee): For stays under 7 nights, an additional cleaning fee of 3.250 TL is charged.
2- Damage Deposit: 5,000 TL.

1-One double bed, bathroom/WC and jacuzzi available.

2-Two single beds and bathroom/WC available.

Important Information:
In Nature: As our villa is located right in the heart of nature, despite regular pest control, small creatures such as flies and butterflies may be present.
Sheltered Pool: The pool and pool terrace provide 95% privacy, but due to edge and corner angles, 5% visibility may occur.
Road Condition: Since the villa is built on a hillside, you may encounter steep roads on the way.
