Villa Es is located in Fethiye's Karaçulha area among our rental villas with a commanding view of lush green nature. Designed with luxury and modernity in mind, our villa features 2 bedrooms accommodating 4 guests, with a jacuzzi in one bedroom to help you unwind from year-round stress. The pool and pool terrace have been made private, allowing conservative families to comfortably choose our summer villa. NOTE 1: Outdoor pool dimensions: 8 m x 3.50 m. Depth: 1.50 m.

Additional Fees:

1) Cleaning (Short Stay Fee): For stays under 5 nights, additional cleaning fee: 3,000 TL.

2) Damage deposit: 4,000 TL.

Bedroom Information:

1) Double bed, bathroom/WC and jacuzzi available.

2) Two single beds and bathroom/WC available.

Important Information:

At One with Nature: As our villa is located right in nature's heart, despite all pest control and maintenance, small creatures such as mosquitoes and butterflies may be present.

Private Pool: The pool and pool terrace provide 95% privacy, with a 5% visibility margin due to edge and corner points.

Road Condition: Since the villa is built on a hillside, you may encounter steep roads during transportation.
