Extra Fees:
• Cleaning Fee (Short Stay): For stays less than 5 nights, an additional 4,500 TL cleaning fee applies.
• Damage Deposit: 10,000 TL
• Heated Pool Fee: Heating can be activated upon request. An extra 1,500 TL per day is required.

• Road Conditions: The villa is built on a slope; steep roads may be encountered during arrival.
