Villa Gülsüm is located in the Kördere area of Kalkan, and is among our rental villas with panoramic sea and lush nature views. Luxuriously and modernly designed, our villa has 3 bedrooms and accommodates up to 6 guests. Two of the bedrooms feature jacuzzis to help you unwind from the fatigue of the year. It also includes a Turkish bath and a sauna. Our summer villa with a sheltered pool and pool terrace can be comfortably preferred by conservative families. Additional Charges:
1- Cleaning (Short Stay Fee): For stays under 6 nights, an additional cleaning fee of 5,000 TL is charged
2- Damage Deposit: 5,000 TL

Important Information:
In Touch with Nature: Our villa is located in the heart of nature. Despite regular pest control, small creatures like flies and butterflies may be present.
Sheltered Pool: The pool and pool terrace are 95% secluded, with a 5% visibility rate due to edge and corner angles.
Road Conditions: The villa is situated on a hillside, so steep roads may be encountered during access.
