• Nature-Inspired Location: As the villa is located in the heart of nature, small insects like mosquitoes or butterflies may be present despite all pest control efforts.
• Sheltered Pool: While the pool and terrace offer 95% privacy, due to edge and corner angles there is a 5% visibility margin.
• Road Conditions: Since the villa is built on a hillside, you may encounter steep roads during access.
