Additional Fees:

• Cleaning Fee (Short Stay Fee): An additional cleaning fee of 5,000 TL applies for stays shorter than 5 nights.

• Security Deposit: 5,000 TL.

1 - Double bed, en-suite bathroom/WC, and jacuzzi.

2 - One double bed, one single bed, and en-suite bathroom/WC.

Important Information:

Nature-Integrated Location: As our villa is situated in the heart of nature, small creatures such as mosquitoes and butterflies may occasionally be present despite regular pest control and maintenance.

Sheltered Pool: The pool and pool terrace provide approximately 95% privacy. However, due to edge and corner points, there may be a 5% visibility possibility.

Road Conditions: As the villa is built on a hillside, you may encounter steep roads during transportation.
