Extra Charges:

• Cleaning Fee (Short Stay Fee): For stays shorter than 5 nights, an additional cleaning fee of 2,500 TL is charged.

• Security Deposit: 5,000 TL.

1st Bedroom: Double bed, en-suite bathroom/WC, and jacuzzi.

Important Information:

Nature Setting: As our villa is located in a natural setting, small creatures such as mosquitoes and butterflies may be present despite regular pest control and maintenance.

Sheltered Pool: The pool and pool terrace provide approximately 95% privacy. However, there may be a 5% visibility possibility from certain edge and corner points.

Road Conditions: As the villa is built on a hillside, you may encounter steep roads during transportation and access to the property.
