NOTE 2: Indoor Heated Pool Dimensions: 5.5 m x 3.5 m. Depth: 140 cm.
NOTE 3: There is a 15-meter uphill road when accessing the villa.

Extra Charges:
1-Cleaning Fee (Short Stay): For stays shorter than 6 nights, an extra cleaning fee of 7,000 TL applies.
2-Damage Deposit:5,000 TL.
3-Heated Indoor Pool Fee: The indoor heated pool can be activated for 3,000 TL per day.

• Nature-Inspired Location: As the villa is located in the heart of nature, despite regular cleaning and pest control, small insects such as butterflies or mosquitoes may occasionally be present.
• Secluded Pool: The pool and pool terrace provide 95% privacy, though due to corner angles, a 5% visibility rate remains.
• Road Condition: As the villa is built on a hillside, you may encounter steep roads during your arrival.
