Villa Karpuz is located in the Kalkan Çavdır area and is among our rental villas with a nature view surrounded by greenery. Designed in a luxurious and modern style, our villa has 2 bedrooms and offers accommodation for up to 4 people. One of the bedrooms features a jacuzzi where you can relieve the stress of the entire year. Our summer villa, with a secluded pool and pool terrace, is ideal for conservative families. NOTE 1:Outdoor Pool Dimensions: 8 m x 4 m. Depth: 155 cm
NOTE 2:Only married couples and families are accepted in our villa.
NOTE 3:The last 50 meters of the road to the villa consist of a steep concrete slope.

• Cleaning (Short Stay Fee): An additional cleaning fee of 2,500 TL applies for stays under 5 nights.
• Damage Deposit: 5,000 TL

Important Information:
In Nature: Our villa is located in the heart of nature. Despite regular pest control, small creatures such as flies and butterflies may be present.
Secluded Pool: The pool and pool terrace provide 95% privacy, although 5% visibility may occur from corner and edge points.
Road Conditions: The villa is situated on a hillside, so you may encounter steep roads during access.
