Villa Kınalı Ada

Villa Kınalı Ada is located in the Baldıraz area of Kaş and is among our rental villas overlooking a lush green nature view. Designed in a luxurious and modern style, our villa features 3 bedrooms and accommodates up to 6 guests. One of the bedrooms includes a jacuzzi where you can relax and unwind from the year’s fatigue.

For large families and groups of friends who wish to holiday together, our villa is one of three identically designed villas located side by side.

With its sheltered pool and pool terrace, our summer villa can be comfortably preferred by conservative families. For a delightful summer holiday beyond your dreams, you may choose Villa Kınalı Ada.

NOTE 1: The last 2 km of the road leading to the villa is a stabilized (non-asphalt) road.
NOTE 2: Outdoor Pool Dimensions: 7 m x 3 m. Depth: 1.50 m.

Extra Fees:

1- Cleaning Fee (Short Stay Fee): For stays shorter than 5 nights, an extra cleaning fee of 5,000 TL is charged.
2- Damage Deposit: 10,000 TL.

Important Information:

• Surrounded by Nature: As our villa is located in the heart of nature, despite regular pest control and maintenance, you may encounter small insects such as flies or butterflies.
• Sheltered Pool: The pool and pool terrace are 95% sheltered. However, due to corner and edge angles, there is a 5% visibility possibility.
• Road Condition: Since the villa is built on a hillside, you may encounter uphill roads during transportation.
