Important Information:
• In Touch with Nature: Since the villa is located in the heart of nature, despite regular pest control, small insects such as flies and butterflies may be present.
• Sheltered Pool: The pool and pool terrace are 95% secluded, but due to edge and corner angles, there is a 5% visibility margin.
• Road Condition: The villa is built on a slope, so you may encounter steep roads during access.
