Extra Fees:

1- Cleaning Fee (Short Stay): For stays under 7 nights, an additional cleaning fee of 3,000 TL applies.
2- Damage Deposit:5,000 TL.
3- Indoor Heated Pool Fee: A daily heating fee of 1,500 TL applies between January 1 – April 30 and October 1 – December 31.

Bedroom Details:

1- Double bed and bathroom/WC are available.

Important Information:

In Touch with Nature: As the villa is located in the heart of nature, small creatures such as mosquitoes and butterflies may be encountered despite regular pest control and maintenance.
Secluded Pool: The pool and pool terrace provide 95% privacy; however, due to corner and edge points, there may be a 5% visibility margin.
Road Condition: As the villa is built on a hillside, you may encounter uphill roads during access.
