Surrounded by Nature: As our villa is located in the heart of nature, small creatures such as mosquitoes and butterflies may be present despite regular pest control and maintenance.
Private Pool: The pool and pool terrace offer approximately 95% privacy; however, there is a 5% visibility margin due to edge and corner points.
Road Conditions: Since the villa is built on a hillside, you may encounter steep roads during transportation.
