Villa Mancero

Villa Mancero is located in the Çavdır area of Kalkan and is among our rental villas overlooking a lush green nature view. Our villa, designed in a luxurious and modern style, has 2 bedrooms and accommodates up to 5 guests. One of the bedrooms features a jacuzzi where you can relieve the fatigue of the whole year. The villa also includes a sauna.

NOTE 1: Outdoor Pool Dimensions: 12 m x 4 m. Depth: 1.55 m.

Extra Fees:

1- Cleaning Fee (Short Stay Fee): An extra cleaning fee of 2,500 TL is charged for stays shorter than 6 nights.
2- Damage Deposit: 5,000 TL.

Bedroom Details:

1-Double bed, en-suite bathroom/WC, and jacuzzi.

2-Double bed, one single bed, en-suite bathroom/WC, and baby cot.

Important Information:

• Surrounded by Nature: As our villa is located in the heart of nature, small creatures such as insects and butterflies may be encountered despite regular pest control and maintenance.
• Sheltered Pool: The pool and pool terrace are sheltered at a rate of 95%. However, due to edge and corner points, there is a 5% visibility possibility.
• Road Condition: Since the villa is built on a hillside, you may encounter sloped roads during transportation.
