Designed in a luxurious and modern style, the villa has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 5 guests. One of the bedrooms includes a jacuzzi, offering a relaxing experience after a long year. NOTE 1: Outdoor Pool Dimensions: 9 m x 4 m. Depth: 1.50 m.

Extra Charges:
1-Cleaning (Short Stay Fee): For stays under 7 nights, an additional cleaning fee of 5,000 TL is charged.
2-Damage Deposit: 3,000 TL.
3-An additional 3,000 TL fee is charged for more than 5 guests, including children and babies.

Bedroom Details:

1-One double bed, bathroom/WC and jacuzzi available.

2-One double bed and bathroom/WC available.

3-One single bed, baby cot and shared bathroom/WC available.

Important Information:
In Nature: As our villa is located in the heart of nature, despite regular maintenance and pest control, small creatures such as flies and butterflies may be present.
Sheltered Pool: The pool and pool terrace provide 95% privacy, though due to edge and corner angles, 5% visibility may occur.
Road Condition: Since the villa is built on a hillside, you may encounter steep roads during access.
