NOTE 1: Outdoor Pool Dimensions: 8 m x 6 m. Depth: 1.50 m.

NOTE: Pets are allowed. The accommodation fee is 10,000 TL per pet per night. (A maximum of 2 pets is accepted.)

Extra Charges:

• Cleaning Fee (Short Stay Fee): For stays shorter than 7 nights, an additional cleaning fee of 6,000 TL is charged.

• Security Deposit: 10,000 TL.

1st Bedroom: Double bed and en-suite bathroom/WC.

2nd Bedroom: Double bed and en-suite bathroom/WC.

3rd Bedroom: Double bed and en-suite bathroom/WC.

Important Information:

Nature Setting: As our villa is located in a natural setting, small creatures such as mosquitoes, butterflies, and other insects may be present despite regular pest control and maintenance.

Road Conditions: As the villa is built on a hillside, you may encounter steep roads during transportation and access to the property.
