Villa Mehtap is located in Kalkan center, and is among our rental villas with a magnificent sea view and surrounded by greenery and nature. Our villa, which is luxuriously and modernly designed, has 6 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 11 guests. Thanks to its central location, the villa is within walking distance to the sea, markets, and many restaurants. It is ideal for large families and groups of friends. The villa also features a children’s pool.

Extra Charges:
1- Cleaning (Short Stay Fee): For stays under 7 nights, an extra cleaning fee of 8,000 TL is charged.
2- Damage deposit:15,000 TL.

Important Information:
• Nature-Integrated: Since our villa is located in the heart of nature, despite all pest control measures, small insects like mosquitoes and butterflies may be present.
• Secluded Pool: The pool and terrace provide 95% privacy, but due to edge and corner points, there may be a 5% visibility margin.
• Road Condition: The villa is situated on a slope, so you may encounter steep roads during transportation.
