Surrounded by Nature: As the villa is located in the heart of nature, small insects such as mosquitoes or butterflies may be present despite regular pest control.

Secluded Pool: The pool and pool terrace offer approximately 95% privacy; however, due to edge and corner points, there may be a 5% visibility factor.

Road Condition: Since the villa is built on a hillside, you may encounter uphill roads during access.
