Villa Narin 1 is located in Kalkan's İslamlar area among our rental villas with a commanding view of lush green nature. Our villa is one of 10 similarly constructed villas. Luxuriously and modernly designed, it features 2 bedrooms accommodating 4 guests, and includes a heated indoor pool for guests planning winter vacations. The pool and pool terrace have been made private, allowing conservative families to comfortably choose our summer villa. Additional Fees:

1- Cleaning (Short Stay Fee): For stays under 5 nights, additional cleaning fee: 3,500 TL.

2- Damage deposit: 3,000 TL.

3- Heated Indoor Pool Fee: The heated indoor pool is available for daily use at 1,600 TL.

Bedroom Information:

1- Double bed, bathroom/WC and TV available.

2- Two single beds and bathroom/WC available.

At One with Nature: As our villa is located right in nature's heart, despite all spraying and maintenance, small creatures like insects and butterflies may be present.

Private Pool: The pool and pool terrace provide 95% invisibility, with a 5% visibility margin due to edge and corner points.
