• Surrounded by Nature: As the villa is located in the heart of nature, despite regular pest control, small creatures such as butterflies and mosquitoes may be present.
• Private Pool: The pool and pool terrace provide around 95% privacy, but due to corner and edge areas, there is a 5% visibility margin.
• Access Road: The villa is built on a hillside, so you may encounter steep roads during access.
