1-Cleaning Fee (Short Stay): For stays under 7 nights, an extra cleaning fee of 5,000 TL applies.

2-Damage deposit: 10,000 TL.

Important Information:

Surrounded by Nature: As the villa is located in the heart of nature, despite regular pest control and maintenance, small creatures such as mosquitoes and butterflies may be encountered.

Secluded Pool: The pool and pool terrace provide approximately 95% privacy; however, due to edge and corner areas, there may be a 5% visibility.

Road Conditions: As the villa is built on a hillside, you may encounter uphill roads during access.
