Additional Fees

1-Cleaning Fee (Short Stay): For stays shorter than 7 nights, an additional cleaning fee of 4,000 TL applies.

2-Damage Deposit: 5,000 TL.

2-One bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom/WC.

Important Information

Close to Nature: As the villa is located in a natural environment, small insects such as butterflies and mosquitoes may be encountered despite regular pest control.

Private Pool: The pool and pool terrace offer approximately 95% privacy; however, due to corner and edge positions, there may be a 5% visibility margin.

Road Conditions: The villa is built on a hillside, and guests may encounter uphill roads during access.
