Surrounded by Nature: As our villa is located in the heart of nature, despite regular pest control and maintenance, small creatures such as insects and butterflies may be encountered.

Private Pool: The pool and pool terrace are approximately 95% private. Due to edge and corner areas, there is a 5% visibility margin.

Road Condition: Since the villa is built on a hillside, you may encounter sloped roads during transportation.
