Villa Rainbow is among our rental villas located in the Kışla area of Kalkan, offering a magnificent blue sea view. Our villa has been designed in a modern and comfortable style and features 3 bedrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. One of the bedrooms includes a jacuzzi where you can relax and relieve the fatigue of the entire year. The villa can comfortably be preferred by large families, groups of friends, and honeymoon couples. You can enjoy long breakfasts with your loved ones while overlooking the unique sea view, swim in your private pool and have fun as you wish. NOTE 1: Outdoor Pool Dimensions: 8 m x 4 m. Depth: 1.70 m.

Extra Fees:
• Cleaning (Short Stay Fee): For stays under 7 nights, an extra cleaning fee of 7,000 TL is charged.
• Damage Deposit: 7,000 TL.

1 - One double bed, bathroom/WC and jacuzzi.

2 - One double bed, bathroom/WC.

3 - Two single beds, bathroom/WC.

Important Information:
Nature Surroundings: Since our villa is located in nature, despite regular pest control and maintenance, small creatures such as insects and butterflies may occasionally be present.
Road Condition: As the villa is located on a hillside, you may encounter uphill roads during transportation.
Hot Water System: Solar-powered water heating systems are used in the villas. During heavy hot water usage, the hot water in the tank may run out and it may take some time for the water to heat up again.
