Villa Ruzanna

Villa Ruzanna is located in the Çavdır area of Kalkan and is among our rental villas overlooking a lush green nature view. Designed in a luxurious and modern style, our villa features 2 bedrooms and accommodates up to 5 guests. One of the bedrooms includes a jacuzzi where you can relieve the fatigue of the entire year. The villa also features a sauna.

NOTE 1: Outdoor Pool Dimensions: 12 m x 4 m. Depth: 1.55 m.

Extra Fees:

1- Cleaning Fee (Short Stay Fee): For stays shorter than 6 nights, an extra cleaning fee of 2,500 TL is charged.
2- Damage Deposit: 5,000 TL.

Bedroom Details:

1-One bedroom with a double bed, bathroom/WC, jacuzzi, and baby cot.

2-One bedroom with one single bed, one double bed, and bathroom/WC.

Important Information:

• Surrounded by Nature: As our villa is located in the heart of nature, despite regular pest control and maintenance, small insects such as flies and butterflies may be present.
• Sheltered Pool: The pool and pool terrace provide 95% privacy; however, due to corner and edge angles, there is a 5% visibility possibility.
• Road Condition: Since the villa is built on a hillside, you may encounter uphill roads during transportation.
