Villa Sandak 1 is one of our rental villas located in the Seydikemer Karadere area, offering a scenic nature view surrounded by greenery. Designed in a luxurious and modern style, our villa has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Two of the bedrooms include jacuzzis, perfect for relaxing after a long year. For guests planning a holiday during the winter season, the villa also features an indoor heated pool, Turkish bath (hammam) and sauna. With its private and sheltered pool and terrace, our villa is a great option for conservative families. For a delightful vacation beyond your dreams, you can choose Villa Sandak 1.

Additional Charges:
1- Cleaning (Short Stay Fee): For stays under 5 nights, an extra cleaning fee of 4,500 TL will be charged.
2- Damage Deposit: 3,000 TL
3- If pool heating is requested, an extra charge of 1,300 TL per day applies (may vary depending on the season). Heating is calculated for the entire stay. Guests requesting heating must inform the property owner at least 3 days in advance.

Important Information:
In Touch with Nature: As our villa is located in the heart of nature, despite all pest control and maintenance, small insects like flies and butterflies may be present.
Private Pool: The pool and pool terrace provide 95% privacy, with a 5% visibility due to edge and corner angles.
Road Condition: Since the villa is built on a hillside, you may encounter steep roads during transportation.
