Villa Sandak 2 is one of our rental villas located in the Seydikemer Karadere area, offering a panoramic sea and nature view surrounded by greenery. Our villa is one of the twin villas built side by side. Designed in a luxurious and modern style, the villa features 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Two of the bedrooms include jacuzzis, perfect for relaxing after a long year. For guests planning a holiday during the winter season, the villa also includes an indoor heated pool, sauna, and Turkish bath (hammam). With its private and sheltered pool and terrace, our villa is an excellent choice for conservative families. For a delightful vacation beyond your dreams, you can choose Villa Sandak 2.

Additional Charges:
1- Cleaning (Short Stay Fee): For stays under 5 nights, an extra cleaning fee of 4,500 TL will be charged.
2- Damage Deposit: 3,000 TL
3- If pool heating is requested, an extra fee of 1,300 TL per day applies (may vary depending on the season). The heating cost is calculated for the total number of days stayed. Guests requesting heating must inform the host at least 3 days in advance.

Important Information:
In Touch with Nature: As our villa is located in the heart of nature, despite all pest control and maintenance, small insects like flies and butterflies may be present.
Private Pool: The pool and pool terrace provide 95% privacy, with a 5% visibility due to edge and corner angles.
Road Condition: Since the villa is built on a hillside, you may encounter steep roads during transportation.
