Villa Savaş is one of our rental villas located in the İslamlar area of Kalkan, surrounded by greenery and offering a stunning nature view. Luxuriously and modernly designed, our villa features 1 bedroom and can accommodate up to 2 guests. In the bedroom, there is a jacuzzi where you can relieve the tiredness of the whole year. The pool and pool terrace are sheltered, making it an ideal choice for conservative families. For a holiday in a summer villa full of joy beyond your dreams, you can choose Villa Savaş.

NOTE 1: Outdoor Pool Dimensions: 8.25 m x 3.5 m. Depth: 150 cm
NOTE 2: Indoor Pool Dimensions: 3.5 m x 2.25 m. Depth: 100 cm
NOTE 3: The last 100 meters of the road leading to the villa is an unpaved road.
NOTE 4: Pets are not allowed.

Additional Charges:
• Cleaning Fee (Short Stay): An extra cleaning fee of 2,500 TL is charged for stays under 5 nights.
• Damage Deposit: 2,000 TL
• Heated Indoor Pool Fee: The indoor heated pool can be used for an extra 600 TL per day.

Bedroom Details:
• Double bed, en-suite bathroom/WC, and jacuzzi.

Important Information:
• In Nature: Since our villa is located in the heart of nature, despite regular spraying and maintenance, small creatures such as flies or butterflies may be present.
• Sheltered Pool: While the pool and terrace offer 95% privacy, there may be 5% visibility from extreme corners.
• Road Condition: The villa is built on a hillside, and you may encounter steep roads during access.
