Villa Serta is one of our rental villas located in Kalkan Kalamar, offering a stunning sea and lush nature view. Designed in a luxurious and modern style, our villa features 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests. One of the bedrooms includes a jacuzzi where you can relieve the fatigue of the year. 1- Cleaning (Short Stay Fee): For stays under 5 nights, an extra cleaning fee of 4,000 TL applies.

In Touch with Nature: Since our villa is located in the heart of nature, despite all necessary pest control and maintenance, small creatures such as flies and butterflies may be present.
Private Pool: The pool and pool terrace offer 95% privacy, with a 5% visibility due to edge and corner angles.
Road Condition: Since the villa is built on a hillside, you may encounter steep roads during transportation.
