Villa Simsek 1 is one of our rental villas located in Bayındır, Kaş, surrounded by greenery and offering a serene nature view. Our villa is luxuriously and modernly designed, and it features 4 bedrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a jacuzzi, allowing you to unwind and relax after a long year. The pool and pool terrace are sheltered, making it an ideal option for conservative families. NOTE 1: Outdoor Pool Dimensions: 7 m x 4 m. Depth: 160 m.
NOTE 2: The owner does not allow extra guests.
NOTE 3:Pets are not allowed.

Extra Fees:
• Cleaning Fee (Short Stay): For stays shorter than 6 nights, an additional cleaning fee of 3,500 TL is charged.
• Damage Deposit: 5,000 TL (refundable upon check-out if no damage is detected)

Important Notes:
• Nature-Friendly Location: Our villa is located in the heart of nature, and despite all regular pest control and cleaning, small insects such as flies and butterflies may be present.
• Sheltered Pool: The pool and pool terrace provide 95% privacy, though there is a 5% chance of visibility due to edge and corner angles.
• Road Condition: Since the villa is situated on a hillside, you may encounter sloped roads during arrival.
