Villa Spring 1

Villa Spring 1 is one of our rental villas located in Kalkan Kördere, offering a magnificent view of the sea and lush nature. Designed in a luxurious and modern style, our villa has 2 bedrooms and accommodates up to 4 guests. One of the bedrooms features a jacuzzi where you can relieve the fatigue of the year. In addition, for guests planning a vacation in the winter months, the villa includes a heated indoor pool. With its private and sheltered pool and terrace, our summer villa can be comfortably preferred by conservative families. Villa Spring 2 is located on the lower floor of the villa. The pools, gardens, and entrances of the villas are independent from each other. For a holiday full of joy beyond your dreams, you can choose Villa Spring 1.

Additional Charges:
1- Cleaning (Short Stay Fee): For stays under 5 nights, an extra cleaning fee of 4,000 TL applies.
2- Damage Deposit:5,000 TL
3- Indoor Heated Pool Fee: The indoor heated pool is available for 1,500 TL per day.

Important Information:
In Touch with Nature: Since our villa is located in the heart of nature, despite all necessary pest control and maintenance, small creatures such as flies and butterflies may be present.
Private Pool: The pool and pool terrace offer 95% privacy, with a 5% visibility due to edge and corner angles.
Road Condition: Since the villa is built on a hillside, you may encounter steep roads during transportation.
