NOTE 2: Indoor Heated Pool Dimensions: 9 m x 3 m. Depth: 1.25 m.

Extra Charges:
1- Cleaning Fee (Short Stay): For stays of less than 7 nights, an additional cleaning fee of 10,000 TL applies.
2- Damage Deposit: 10,000 TL.
3- Indoor Heated Pool Fee: The indoor heated pool is available for an additional 2,000 TL per day.

Important Information:
Surrounded by Nature: As the villa is located in the heart of nature, despite regular pest control and maintenance, small insects such as mosquitoes and butterflies may be present.
Private Pool: The pool and pool terrace provide 95% privacy; however, due to corner and edge points, there may be a 5% visibility margin.
Road Condition: Since the villa is built on a hillside, you may encounter sloped roads during access.
