In Nature: The villa is nestled in the heart of nature. Despite regular pest control, small creatures such as flies and butterflies may be present.
Secluded Pool: The pool and terrace area provide 95% privacy, but 5% visibility may exist due to corner or edge angles.
Road Conditions: The villa is built on a slope, so you may encounter steep roads during access.
