Villa Tuana

Villa Tuana is located in the Yeşilköy area of Kalkan and is among our rental villas offering a peaceful atmosphere surrounded by lush greenery and nature views. Designed in a luxurious and modern style, our villa has 2 bedrooms and offers accommodation for up to 4 guests. One of the bedrooms features a jacuzzi where you can relax and unwind from the year’s fatigue. The pool and pool terrace are designed to be private, making the villa a comfortable choice for conservative families. For a calm, enjoyable, and memorable holiday, Villa Tuana is an ideal option.

NOTE 1:
The last 350 meters of the access road to the villa is concrete, narrow, and uphill.

Extra Charges:
1- Cleaning Fee (Short Stay): For stays under 5 nights, an additional cleaning fee of 2,000 TL is applied.
2- Damage Deposit: 5,000 TL.

Bedroom Information:

1-One bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom/WC, and jacuzzi.

2-One bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom/WC.

Important Information:
Surrounded by Nature: As the villa is located in the heart of nature, despite regular pest control and maintenance, small insects such as mosquitoes or butterflies may occasionally be present.
Private Pool: The pool and pool terrace provide approximately 95% privacy; however, due to corner and edge areas, there may be a 5% visibility margin.
Road Conditions: Since the villa is built on a hillside, guests may encounter sloped roads during access.
